We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in the center of the city was perfect for exploring all the attractions. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, from the friendly front desk staff to the prompt room service and housekeeping. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. We also loved the terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the city. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant offering delicious meals and a bar/lounge area with a great selection of drinks. The spa and beauty treatment facilities were an added bonus, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

The cleanliness was perfect, with big spacious rooms and clean new furniture. The hotel facilities were great, including a sauna and a restaurant with a great food choice for breakfast. The staff were friendly and cute, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location was perfect, right in the center of this city, with easy access to both Keruen and Khan Shatyr shopping malls. The parking was also convenient and secure, with CCTV and security personnel.

The location was perfect, just a short taxi ride away from the Keruen and Khan Shayr shopping malls in the center of the city. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was outstanding - they were highly friendly and spoke good English. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I also enjoyed the sauna and massage services offered by the hotel. Neg: The cafe food could have been better.
